In helping the Blonde Butler successfully apply for a licence removal application, we allowed them to focus on their business when moving premises.
We are glad to have assisted Blonde Butler Catering in their application for the removal of an on-premises (caterers) licence which was recently granted by NSWL&G.
Blonde Butler is a catering service which provides for a large variety of events from corporate afternoon tea to cocktail parties. To manage the growth of their business they needed to move to a new office space. Although already holding a liquor licence, in order to operate lawfully at their new premises, required a licence removal application to be made and approved at the new site. This process also requires the Department of L&GNSW to treat it as an application for a new licence.
We were very happy to act on behalf of Blond Butler to achieve this approval. It will allow Blonde Butler to continue to supply liquor at the functions and events that they cater for and to enter into agreements for their catering services from their new office space. Our involvement allowed Blonde Butler to focus on their continuation of their business when changing premises.
