The Beekeeper Bondi
Beekeeper is setting up a new British style pub in the Hall Street precinct.
We would once again like to congratulate Northern Hospitality Group on securing a Primary Service Authorisation (PSA) and a change to indoor trading hours for their on-premises(restaurant) licence for their new Bondi Beach premises - the Beekeeper.
The endorsement of a PSA for an on-premises liquor licence significantly broadens the trading capabilities of a dining venue, allowing for a broader variety of operational opportunities for the licensed premises for their customers to enjoy.
In addition, the Beekeeper will now be able to trade indoors until 12 Midnight, 7 days a week, extending their previous indoor trading times from 11 PM (and 10 PM on Sundays).
