For over 39 years, he has been the author of textbook McDonald’s Liquor and Gaming Laws of NSW. Tony frequently receives instructions from hospitality industry operators, other legal firms, planning consultants, architects, and interior designers. He offers specialised legal advice to a diverse range of businesses within the hospitality sector, including key stakeholders in state significant developments throughout NSW.
