BSV Liquor and Gaming have again acted for its long standing client under the hospitality umbrella of the Seagrass Group. Following the earlier approval of their interim restaurant authorisation (IRA), the Meat & Wine Co’s new restaurant in Bligh Street, Sydney obtained approval of an on-premises (restaurant) licence. This now makes permanent the capabilities given under the IRA and permits the restaurant to the sell and supply liquor ancillary to the provision of a genuine meal.
Set to be their fifth venue in Sydney, the Meat & Wine Co now enjoy an additional on-premises (restaurant) licence which broadens their offerings across Sydney’s CBD and north-western suburbs and provides customers another opportunity to dine at one of their acclaimed restaurants. The approval is crucial to uniformity in the Meat & Wine Co’s business model, which is built around providing an excitingly high-quality cocktail and wine list designed deliberately to pair and enhance their meat offerings.
