We congratulate Manpuku on attaining their Interim Restaurant Authorisation and on-premises restaurant licence.
We are pleased to have assisted Manpuku in their application to secure an Interim Restaurant Authorisation (IRA), and then a full on-premises restaurant licence, for their restaurant in Rosebery.
An IRA is available to applicants when a consultation process occurs during the Development Application stage, and it includes a notification of an intention to sell and supply liquor. Applicants seeking the grant of a non-premises (restaurant) licence or a small bar licence may be issued with an interim authorisation upon lodging their application with NSW Liquor and Gaming(NSWL&G), provided certain conditions are met. It means the premises can open and sell and serve liquor on an interim basis pending the approval of the actual liquor licence for the venue.
Manpuku is a Japanese restaurant and ramen house which specialises in serving quality ramen alongside other traditional Japanese foods. It is part of the Cannery, a vibrant precinct offering artisanal food, fine dining and lifestyle services.
