BSV Liquor and Gaming Lawyers are happy to announce that Hustlers Sydney have successfully obtained an extended trading authorisation (ETA) for their small bar venue that provides food and entertainment on York Street. Located within the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Hustlers offers an exceptional culinary experience by elevating traditional Asian flavours through innovative modern cooking techniques and serving them alongside their signature cocktails and quality spirits.
The ETA permits Hustler’s Sydney to remain open until 3am each day of the week and continue to sell alcohol throughout the night.
