Harry's Liquor, Vineyard
To assist Harry's Liquor, we undertook a detailed investigation into the ownership history of the site to prove existing use rights of their premises.
BSV Liquor and Gaming are happy to announce that Harry’s Liquor have succeeded in their application for a packaged liquor licence (PLL) application, enabling them to establish a new bottle shop in the suburb of Vineyard. As part of the application, a detailed investigation into the ownership history of the site was undertaken and relevant evidence compiled so that the existing use rights of the premises could be proven to the satisfaction of the local Council and in turn the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority.
As a result of the approval, the new store focuses on refined wines and spirits which are imported from around the world. The new store will bring wider choice and greater convenience to Vineyard’s residents and visitors.
