Four Frogs Crêperie, Mosman

We are pleased to have again assisted the Four Frogs Crêperie chain with their successful primary service authorisation (PSA) application, this time for their restaurant in Mosman. The approval followed the grant of a similar PSA for Four Frogs Creperie in Circular Quay, and saw the preparation of a Statement of Risks and Potential Effects outlining the Application’s benefits to a vibrant strip of Mosman’s main road and dining and drinking precinct.

Like many businesses, the endorsement of a PSA onto an on-premises liquor licence significantly broadens the trading capabilities for Four Frogs in Mosman, allowing for a broader variety and added creativity in curating their offering for their customers to enjoy.
