Five Guys, the iconic international franchise, is opening a new storefront which has the capacity to sell alcohol alongside a genuine meal.
BSV Liquor and Gaming congratulates Five Guys on their successful application for an on-premises liquor licence that was granted by Liquor and Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) for their new restaurant in Martin Place. A much beloved international franchise, Five Guys is set to open a new outlet in Martin Place.
Theon-premises liquor licence will enable the Martin Place outlet to serve alcohol alongside a genuine meal. To assist Five Guys in attaining this licence, we helped draft and finalise the application which was to be reviewed by L&GNSW for the licence to be granted. We also assisted Five Guys in providing the documents and instructions necessary to provide the notice of this application that is mandated by law to be given to the occupants of the residing and neighbouring premises. These endeavours show our firm’s ability to raw on years of experience to bring comprehensive and tailored advice to liquor licencing matters and ensure a smooth start to operating a new restaurant.
