Byron Bay Gifts has succesfully applied for a transfer of their liquor licence to a nearby premises.
BSV Liquor and Gaming is pleased to announce that Byron Bay Gifts’ application to remove an existing limited packaged liquor licence to another nearby premises has been approved by the NSW Liquor and Gaming (L&GNSW). The Application was supported by a Statement of Risks and Potential Effects that our team prepared that persuaded the L&GNSW that the proposal would overall not be detrimental to the local and broader communities.
Byron Bay Gifts is a premium giftbox delivery service which operates Australia wide to provide its clientele with tailored and exclusive gift boxes for special occasions. Although alcohol is not the predominant product of Byron Bay Gifts, it is offered as part of certain gift boxes they deliver, requiring their warehouse to be licensed under a packaged liquor licence.
