We are pleased to have worked again with Endeavour Group Limited on their successful change of boundaries application for their store in Jesmond. The Application was novel because of the redevelopment of the shopping centre within which the Premises was located. The Application involved the initial relocation of the existing licensed boundary within the Centre’s common area in order to accommodate the redevelopment. Secondly, the Application incorporated the licensed boundary to the new licensed area in the redeveloped centre. The resulting approval means that the BWS licence could continue operation at its existing premises until the new store, involving the rebranding of the BWS store into a much larger Dan Murphy's outlet, is ready to commence trading.

Consequently, this avoided a longer and more expensive removal application from the existing premises to new premises which are not contiguous with each other.
