Kensington's Bar Lucio has been granted an on-premises (restaurant) licence.
We are pleased to have assisted Bar Lucio, Kensington, on the recent approval of their on-premises (restaurant) licence application.
Located within the original and residential heart of the suburb of Kensington, the approval allows the café to serve alcohol alongside a genuine meal . The application was supported with a detailed submission regarding the brand of the premises permitting the use of the word "Bar" as part of its trading name.
The licence will also operate pursuant to a a Takeaway Sales Authorisation (TSA). Introduced as part of the recent Vibrancy Reforms to the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), a TSA allows restaurant operators to sell a limited amount of liquor for takeaway purposes provided it is sold with a genuine takeaway meal. We enjoyed helping Bar Lucio achieving its goals to enable the enhancement of its trading capability by the grant of its liquor licence.
If you would like to apply for your own on-premises (restaurant) licence, endorse it with a TSA, or for any other liquor licensing enquiries, please contact our office via email at licensing@bsvliquorlicence.com.au or telephone at (02) 8530 0333.
