Argyle Hotel, Maclean
The Argyle Hotel in Maclean now has a rear outdoor courtyard and an expanded minors area authorisation.
We are pleased to have assisted Dhugal and his team at the Argyle Hotel in Maclean in successfully changing the licensed boundaries of their hotel licence to include a rear outdoor courtyard. As part of the work completed by our team, we also assisted with changing the approved area that applies to the minors area authorisation, thus allowing children to use the rear courtyard when in the company of a responsible adult.
With the assistance of our team, the Applications were determined by the NSW Liquor and Gaming very quickly (i.e. 1 business day after the required submission period surrounding the Applications coming to an end). The approval of the Applications allows the newly refurbished and opened 130 year-old hotel to provide increased space and services to its patrons. The Hotel is warm, inviting and family friendly, offering a wide selection of affordable meals (including ‘gluten free’ meals).
