Dan Murphy's Neutral Bay
We are happy to have again assisted Endeavour with their removal application.
BSV Liquor and Gaming Lawyers are happy to have once again assisted the Endeavour Group Limited in their liquor licensing needs. We prepared an Application to the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority to remove the licence at the BWS retail liquor store in Neutral Bay to a nearby location with a larger floorspace, where it will be trade as a Dan Murphy’s Store. The Application involved a type of social impact assessment that was approved by the Authority. The expansion and rebranding of the liquor licence will enable Endeavour to showcase a greater variety and quantity of products under its iconic Dan Murphy’s brand. This is certain to increase convenience and choice for the people of Neutral Bay, a fact which was acknowledged by the Authority when it granted the Application.
